All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to the United States for all orders of 5 or fewer readers. International shipping is not available.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
The following shipping rates apply for orders of more than 5 card readers: 6-30 readers: $19.95; 31-100 readers: $29.95; 101-200 readers: $39.95; 201 or more readers: $59.95.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and with all accompanying accessories. We will refund your full original order amount excluding shipping and handling. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CardFlight represents and warrants that the Hardware will materially conform to CardFlight’s published documentation for a period of six (6) months after shipment; provided that the foregoing shall not extend to (i) customer’s failure to implement all free of charge updates issued by CardFlight; (ii) any alterations, modifications, or additions not performed by or approved by CardFlight; (iii) failures in operation of the Hardware that are not reproducible; (iv) any Hardware not operated in accordance with the documentation therefor; or (v) failures caused by customer’s software or devices or other software, hardware or products not licensed or provided by CardFlight. For any Hardware that does not operate as warranted in this Section 9, CardFlight will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Hardware. THIS IS CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND CARDFLIGHT’S SOLE LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION 9.
