Upon application approval, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

If your application to SwipeSimple Connect cannot be approved, we will notify you via email and refund your credit card for the full original purchase amount. Please wait 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@swipesimple.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note, there may be occasional delays due to inclement weather.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and with all accompanying accessories. We will refund your full original order amount excluding shipping and handling. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@swipesimple.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
