Shipping policy All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. International shipping is not available.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@swipesimple.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Cancellation and return policy We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund your full original order amount excluding shipping and handling. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, email support@swipesimple.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
