Making the Switch

You receive an email with your merchant ID and a link to purchase your hardware.

Our Customer Operations team builds your SwipeSimple Connect account and connects your payment device (if you use a terminal). Depending on the time of day you are approved, your account will be set up the same day or the following business day.

A team member learns about your business, assesses any  hardware needs, and covers your tax and tipping requirements. If you need to order hardware, it is always shipped at next-day speed.

We can set up personalized training (depending on your  payment volume), or you can join a webinar. With either option, we walk you  through the features you’ll be using the most and run a test transaction. We  can also help you build your item catalog.

Once your account is ready, you can start accepting payments right away. We’ll continue to follow up with support and resources  as needed.

Funds from processed transactions typically arrive  within two business days for Connect Core merchants, next-day for Connect  Plus merchants.
