Refunds

If a customer returns an item or requests money back, you can issue a full or partial refund directly from your transaction history. The refund is processed immediately and recorded automatically, so both you and your customer have an accurate record.

Voids

If you catch an error before your batch settles, you can void the transaction instead of issuing a refund. Voiding cancels the payment entirely — it's faster than a refund and cleaner for your records since the transaction is removed rather than reversed.

Resend a Receipt

If a customer needs a receipt resent, pull up the transaction in your history and send it again by email or text. It takes a few seconds and gives customers the documentation they need without any back-and-forth.
